Shankaracharaya: Situated atop a hill, this ancient temple housing an abode of Lord Shiva, built of stones, spreads the central view of Srinagar and it's suburbs along with the magnificent view of Dal lake In Srinagar. Shankarcharya temple is said to be named after AadiShankercharya who visited Kashmir to spread spiritual message of Snatan Dharm. At the foot hills of this temple, famous holy Durganag spring and temple is situated, which is dedicated to goddess Durga. Another must see holy temple is Sharika Devi Mandir situated near to Gupkar Road.
Gulmarg: A charming and "The cup shaped meadow of Flowers" hill resort called GULMARG is situated almost 52 kms from Srinagar city at an altitude of 2653 meters (8700 sq. ft.) from sea level. The highest green Golf course of Gulmarg is world famous and attracts people from all over the globe. Horse riding is the best ride, one can have and by horse riding one can easily see famous places around Gulmarg like Rani Mandir, Khilanmarg, Kongdor and Alpathar lake, which remains freeze till end of June. Gulmarg is also famous these days for it's Gandola ride Cable Car, which spreads the most scenic and panoramic views of Gulmarg, This scenic spot also offers excellent snow skiing to lovers of winter sports.
Mughal Gardens - Romantic Spots : Few kilometers down the boulevard road, the mughal gardens are situated on three sides of dal lake. The mughal kings had a great sense for appreciation of natural beauties bestowed upon them by their nature. Greater emporer Akbar after taking up the rule of Kashmir earmarked lot of panaromic sites for developing gardens and for keeping in mind the fine views of beautiful dal lake and all the gardens briefed here are colorful from Spring to Autumn. Visiting these gardens helps up to rediscover the past glory of mughal emporers and the romantic fragrance of mughals come alive in the cascading springs, waterfalls and mountains.
Sonamarg: As the name suggest, Sonmarg is definitely know as a "Ground of Gold" and is situated at 84 kms on  Srinagar-Leh route amidst Sindh Valley . Sindh river takes lot of majestic turns in and around Sonmarg. Sonmarg spreads lot of panoramic views of snow clad mountains and deep blue sky, which adds a lot to the enchantment of this scenic tourist spot . During summer all tourists throng Thajiwas Glacier, which can be visited by hiring ponies from Sonmarg. Near to Sonmarg, there is another way, which leads directly to Amarnath Cave, locally known as Baltal.
Kheer Bhawani Shrine in Kashmir Valley
Khirbhawani Shrine: Situated at 25 kilometers from Srinagar city, Khirbhawani temple with a spring inside is most important and famous holy place and in local language people call it TULLA MULLA Mandir of Devi Raginiya. The most attractive part is that the shades and color of this spring inside shrine keeps on varying with different seasons and these different color conveys different messages for people. On the eve of Jeth Ashtami, an annual fair is also held here in May June and is thronged by all especially Kashmiri Pandits community.
Pahalgam - World famous picnic spot in Kashmir Valley

Pahalgam: Pahalgam,a calm place, where the crystal clear water of Lidder river and Sheshnag lake merges in totally blessed by Nature and seems to be designed by Almighty’s own hands, as on modern Landscape Desighner can design such beautiful landscapes. Pahalgam is almost 98kms from srinagar city. The climate is totally cool even in the month of June and July, when scorching heat in other parts takes all sweat out of us. Pahalgam also serves as base camp for the pilgrimage to sacred cave of Amarnath and is thronged by millions during Amarnath yatra days. Famous tourist spots around this place are Chandanwari, Aru, Lidarwat, Glacier, Tulian lake and Masrar lake. From Sriangar, Pahalgam can also be visited covering two other famous spots.

Cheshme Shahi - the Royal Spring in Srinagar city

Cheshme Shahi-the Royal Spring: Keep yourself thirsty or keep a small container ready before you visit the royal spring of Chashme Shahi because the water of this spring will quench your thrist amazingly. The water of this spring is bestowed with unique medicinal properties and it is considered to be most digestive water. The garden spreads a panoramic and breathtaking view of the Dal and entire city. Just a short ahead is wonderful Parimahal, this monument atop the hill was built by the Mughal Prince, Dara Shukoh. This sight also spreads a beautiful view of newly created Royal Spring Golf Course. Another beautiful tourist spot nearby Parinahal and is said to be Abode of Fairies.
